Today’s Activity:
Identify One Limiting Belief: Write down a recurring negative thought or belief that has been holding you back.
Reframe into a Positive Affirmation: Transform that thought into a positive, present-tense statement. For example, “I’m not capable” becomes “I am capable and willing to learn.” Speak it out loud and feel the energy shift as you do.
Daily Practice: Keep this new affirmation handy and repeat it throughout the day whenever you catch yourself slipping into old thought patterns.
