By learning to work with our personal energy, we can shift negative feelings, clear away stagnant emotional patterns, and bring more balance into our lives.

Today’s Activity:
Practice an Energy-Clearing Technique: This could be brushing your hands around your body (your aura) to sweep away stagnant energy, lighting a candle and visualizing the flame absorbing negativity, or using a simple chakra-balancing exercise.
Tune In: Before and after this exercise, notice how you feel. Is there a shift in your mood, your body sensations, or your overall sense of peace?
Your Challenge:Share with the group (or journal privately) what you did for your energy-clearing, how it felt, and what you noticed about your energy before and after. Let’s support each other in discovering new ways to release and transform emotional energy.
