During this class you will learn how to discover your strong psychic abilities, to understand how they work directly with you and how to keep developing so they get stronger and you keep growing with them. Each one of you will be learning during the time of the classes all this: We going to start learning the proper terms, why is some important to really know your energies to work with your abilities in the right and correct way for you as an individual. *Each of you will learn how to recognize your own energy, how to protect it, how to recognize when you are perceiving other energies. You will learn the importance of how to maintain your energies in a higher vibration so you can always stay connected. *We will learn how to protect our energies through some interaction to make happen during the class, how to check them to know the protections are still healthy and how to work when you need to replace the way you are protected. *How to maintain a proper Journal, the importance of having one and what you can learn and understand from it. *Visualization techniques to help you ground, protected, meditate and work with your energy. We start working with our own abilities. We will learn the importance of your psychic abilities for further connections with your spiritual live and spirits. Start recognizing and discovering the abilities we have a strong one and how to keep strengthen all of them in their own individual way. *We will learn about each one of them and what they are and some of the sub-abilities you may have instead of the most known ones. *The right attitude towards your own Self. Using the Psychic Abilities as a the foundation of your Soul Path and discovering of your Self. *How to use the Journal in this stage of your psychic abilities. *Exercises to start understanding them and to make them strong. This class will be the closing, here we will practice and see how we been noticing the changes in how now we perceive and how the abilities are working with us. *We would work with the chakras to understand them and why they are so important working with the abilities. *We will learn how to recognize when our own Self or other people energies are sending us messages.
